My name is Stephan Tiratsuyan and I am the founder of Weightloss Dynamics.  I have developed and fine tuned a 30 day psychological program which integrates exercise, nutrition, and right thinking. You can think of it as a mind transformation program, which will get you to think of wellness and weightloss in a completely new way. It is an exciting and rewarding journey, and I am here to show you how you can get into your best shape and be able to enjoy the whole process of transformation.

Welcome to a new era of weightloss. In the modern world exercise alone will not lead to wellness. A healthy, dynamic lifestyle requires a holistic integration of nutrition, exercise, and correct thinking. It requires an approach which is supportive of the daily choices we make. For long term health there is only one way to go: change our way of thinking about wellness permanently. Ultimately, weight loss starts from lean thinking.
